More Than a Science Park
INCUBA Next is more than a science park. It is a professional community for knowledge-intensive startups, spinouts, scaleups and corporates, thriving alongside investors, mentors, researchers, students and business specialists.
Architecture for Innovation
Designed by ADEPT and AART Architects, the building marks an important step in the transformation of Campus Katrinebjerg into a leading hub for IT and innovation. Beyond office spaces, INCUBA Next houses a restaurant and café, meeting and event facilities, as well as informal shared work zones that invite both collaboration and quiet reflection.
A Landmark for Aarhus
Rising 18 floors above Aarhus, the building offers sweeping views across the city. Inside, the consistent use of Hørning oak floors adds an uncommon sense of intimacy and calm, emphasising that the design is centred on its users.
Flooring that Connects People and Purpose
The architects’ ambition to create spaces that encourage exchange and synergy across disciplines is strengthened visually and acoustically by the conscious choice of solid, high-quality wood flooring. The dark, fully glued and oiled oak industrial parquet ties the building’s many functions together, contributing both to atmosphere and wellbeing in this modern workplace.
